Feeding and OT evaluations start at $300
*Evaluation fee includes: in-person evaluation at the home (1-2hrs), scoring, and written report.
Feeding Therapy $120 for a 60 minute session
Fine Motor/Handwriting $90 for a 45 minute session
*Hour sessions are 45-55 minutes of direct therapy plus 5-15 minutes of wrap up, clean-up, documentation, and scheduling.
**Forty-five minute sessions are 35-40 minutes of direct therapy plus 5-10 minutes of wrap-up, clean-up, documentation, and scheduling.
***Feeding sessions are only 1 hour. Fine motor/handwriting sessions can be 45 minutes or 1 hour.
LB does not currently accept insurance. We are a self-pay practice and can provide an itemized bill containing all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for potential full or partial reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance plans reimburse for out-of-network providers.
