Feeding and OT evaluations start at $400
*Evaluation fee includes: in-person evaluation at the home (up to 2hrs), scoring, and written report with goals.
Feeding Screeners start at $250
*Screener fee includes: in-person evaluation at the home (up to 90mins) to determine if services are warranted, scoring, and goals.
Feeding Therapy $200 for a 60 minute session
Fine Motor/Handwriting $120 for a 45 minute session
LB does not currently accept insurance. We are a self-pay practice and can provide an itemized bill containing all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for potential full or partial reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance plans reimburse for out-of-network providers.
