Feeding and OT evaluations start at $400
*Evaluation fee includes: in-person evaluation at the home (up to 2hrs), scoring, and written report with goals.
Feeding Screeners start at $250
*Screener fee includes: in-person evaluation at the home (up to 90mins) to determine if services are warranted, scoring, and goals.
Feeding Therapy $200 for a 60 minute session
Fine Motor/Handwriting $120 for a 45 minute session
LB accepts IBX/Blue Cross Blue Shield
We do NOT currently accept any government insurance (Medicaid, Medicare , CHIP etc)
